Nose City initial sign-up terms

These terms apply solely to the initial sign-up process and the creation of your account in our system. Additional service-specific terms may apply once you begin booking services.

1. Account Creation

To access Nose City’s pet care services, you must complete the client intake form and provide accurate, up-to-date information, including your name, contact details, and basic pet information.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security concerns.

2. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided about yourself and your pet(s) is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Nose City relies on this information to ensure safe and appropriate care for your pets.

3. Privacy & Communication

By signing up, you consent to be contacted via email, phone, or SMS regarding your account, pet care updates, and Nose City promotions. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Service

Signing up does not guarantee immediate service availability. Scheduling is subject to staff availability, service area limitations, and your pet’s suitability for Nose City services.

5. Client Conduct

You agree to treat Nose City staff with respect and to provide a safe environment for service delivery.
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Continued use of your account following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
