Holiday charges will be added to each appointment with a discount for appointments booked as part of a regularly occurring schedule at least 25 days in advance. Limit 2 fees per household; if you have 3 appointments per day only 2 will incur holiday charges.

Second try fee

If one of our handlers is unable to gain access to your pet's pick up location within the allotted 10 minutes courtesy wait time, and you contact us before the assigned handler's shift is over, you may choose to have them stop back by for the walk for an added fee. This helps us make sure everyone is paid for their time.

After hours fee

If you need care (outside of scheduled overnights and associated visits) beyond our regular business hours, we may be able to accommodate you for an extra fee.

Emergency care

For new clients, if you need your Meet & Greet and care coordination expedited to under 3 days for emergency reasons, we will assess a one-time fee for expediting the onboarding process.

Extra pet fees

We love a full house! And we know that two pets aren't a whole lot more time and effort than one. We only charge extra pet fees for pets beyond two or pets of a different species (For example: If you have two dogs you will not be charged for the second dog. If you have a dog and a cat, the extra pet charge will be incurred). This policy is based on the time and care needs of two of the same pet vs two different species. Fee for second, third, and fourth extra: $5. Beyond four pets we switch to a flat rate of $20 extra per visit.

We know this can be a bit tricky so we've provided some e.g. scenarios Gina has two dogs. She is not considered to have a qualifying 'extra' pet and needs to pay no fees. Francis has 2 dogs and a cat. He will be charged one (1) $5 extra pet fee for the cat. Tyler has two dogs and two cats. He will be charged two (2) $5 extra pet fees. Jane has three dogs, two cats, and a fish. She will be charged four (4) $5 extra pet fees. Selena has four cats, two dogs, a guinea pig, and chickens. She will be charged a flat rate extra pet fee of $20.

Billing

Services are invoiced upon completion, and invoices are sent out weekly. Depending on whether your services are a la carte or part of a monthly membership, you will either be billed automatically after the invoice goes out (as for a la carte services) or monthly on the date that you began your subscription (for monthly members).
